Demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and service as a nationally registered EMT, CPR instructor for the American Red Cross and clinic volunteer. With high devotions to her community Kylie is ready to uphold the foundations mission as Reina as se pursues aspirations of becoming a physician through the US Air Force!

Karina is passionate about bringing people together and hopes to inspire young girls, just as past Reinas inspired her.

A proud native of San Antonio, Kylie is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned her degree in neuroscience while demonstrating a deep commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and service. Her journey reflects the very values that define San Antonio’s spirit: hard work, resilience, and a dedication to lifting others.

Kylie’s passion for medicine began in childhood and has guided her path ever since. She serves her community as a nationally registered EMT with 911 field experience, a CPR instructor for the American Red Cross, and a volunteer at local clinics, where she helps provide compassionate care to underserved families. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to becoming a physician who serves with integrity and empathy. Coming from a proud military family, Kylie also aspires to serve her country as an emergency medicine physician in the United States Air Force.

Kylie previously represented the city as Miss Fiesta 2025 during Fiesta San Antonio, celebrating the traditions and culture that unite the community. Today as La Reina de La Feria de Las Flores alongside Rey Feo 78, she proudly continues that legacy through the mission of the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation.

Through this role, Kylie is honored to help advance a mission that transforms lives and raise funds that open doors to higher education for San Antonio students. She hopes her service inspires others to invest in the future of the city’s youth, ensuring that the next generation of scholars, leaders, and innovators can pursue their dreams.
