Vendor Sign-Up and Information

Please use this form to submit your vendor information. We will get back with you in 48 hours.

ALL VENDORS PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Festival times are from 4 pm to 10 pm

  2. All Vendors must stay till 10 pm (no one can pack up before).

  3. Set up time is from 1 pm to 3:30 pm ONLY.

  4. At least one person working must have a Food Handler Certification.

  5. Food must be protected from contamination.

  6. Bring your own pop-up tent.

  7. Bring your own tables, chairs, needed.

  8. Bring ice chests needed to keep food cold/hot.

  9. Bring necessary extension cords (bring extra to be on the safe side).

  10. Bring your own signage.

  11. Charcoal cookers are NOT permitted.

  12. Grease or oil stains on the concrete are prohibited and will incur a fee if not completely left clean. Bring something to ensure it does not happen.

  13. ABSOLUTELY NO STAKING of tents

  14. Bring blocks, sandbags, or water buckets to weigh down tents in case of windy conditions.

Parking is not allowed inside the festival area, and the Foundation does not provide or pay for parking: set-up is first-come, first-serve. All Vendors MUST comply with all the rules and regulations/guidelines the City of San Antonio requires. I have included a link for your convienience.
